Horrible customer service. Buyer beware!!!!

Horrible customer support. Bought the new wind gushed and nothing but problems. First unit constantly have notifications on low battery. Replaced batteries. Same issue. Contact there lack of customer support and 3 weeks later after finally getting a return label I revived a new unit. Tried to reset weather unit, update firmware. Still issues with wind gauge. Do not buy as there is no after buying product support. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
